This informative seminar is suitable for all experience levels but assumes that you have a general knowledge of Email Marketing concepts. This workshop will focus on “Getting Started” with Constant Contact’s do-it-yourself email communication service. This workshop provides specific (product) training.

This workshop is designed to help you quickly and easily master the Constant Contact system. You'll learn how to set up account options, add signup boxes to your website and emails, load a list, build a campaign, brand your email to match websites and logos. You'll also learn how to develop content, get your email opened, and track results! And Interpret email campaign results; open-rates, bounce-rates, click-thru rates, etc .

 Stu Carty is a veteran sales and marketing specialist with 20+ years progressive experience in the enterprise software industry. Stu has served as both an expert consultant and top executive with several software start-ups and small businesses, helping to define and launch their sales and marketing programs. Stu is currently a Regional Development Director at Constant Contact, where he delivered 90+ workshops to 2600+ attendees in the San Francisco bay area in 2007 (and will deliver 100+ workshops in 2009). For over 20 years, Debbie Jones (owner) has traveled internationally, training adults in business skill techniques such as; computer applications, business communications. She brings not only new knowledge and techniques to her students; she brings her enthusiasm and passion to each class she teaches. Clients walk away with a renewed zeal for this useful tool called the computer.

Debbie speaks in multiple platforms, from one-on-one to corporate clients to large audiences.

She is an active participant in many organizations. She is a member of Monterey Bay Users Group (MBUG) Board of Directors, but is not new to speaking at the meetings both at the general meeting and at the monthly workshops.
